Yes. We source only from brands and authorized distributors, and every item is guaranteed genuine. If you are ever unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products.
Can I return perfume?
Unopened, sealed fragrances can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless defective.
How should I store my fragrances?
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. A bedroom closet is ideal. Avoid bathroom cabinets due to humidity.
How long does a bottle last?
A 50ml bottle typically provides 300-400 sprays. With average daily use (2-3 sprays), expect 4-6 months. 100ml bottles last 8-12 months.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has 15-20% fragrance oil concentration, lasting 6-8 hours. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has 5-15%, lasting 3-5 hours. EDP is stronger and longer-lasting.
Do you ship internationally?
